20161118 Computer restarted

Computer was stuck during startup.  Jeannette restarted computer and we were able to reestablished connection.

Team viewer names:

UHLIDAR1 - original Launch Trailer LIDAR, which was then converted to the Mobile LIDAR.
UHLIDAR2 - original Galveston LIDAR (TCEQ) repaired due to water damage

20160919 Galveston Lidar

Computer was off for a few days and was restarted 9/19.  Windows updates had downloaded and computer was going to restart.  Changed updates settings and restarted computer while on site.

LIDAR comparison

Repaired (Galveston) LIDAR was moved from the LT to Galveston TCEQ site on 9/14/16 .No internet connection but has been running next to mobile lab LIDAR

20160705 Galveston Computer offline

Lidar Computer went offline 7/2/16.  Margarita went to Galveston and found the computer off.  She restarted it and everything came back on.

This is the second time this has happened since the UH Lidar and computer were moved here, Galveston Lidar has been sent for repair.

We lost data from 7/2 at 11 am to 7/5 at 13 pm

20160617 Galveston lidar

The Lidar computer was off.  I restarted it and everything seem to work before I left.  Clear day so no cloud heights displayed on CL view

20160519 Galveston and LT LIDAR swap

Galveston LIDAR has more extensive water damage so LT lidar was taken to Galveston (without shell) including LT connections and PC.

04202016 Galveston LIDAR connections under water

LIDAR cables were found to be underwater and no longer working. 4/28/16 cables were brought to lab and will be repaired. LIDAR out of service until cables are redone.

LIDAR moved - Setting changes

LIDAR was moved to LT starting 3/21/16. All data at LT location will be logged and saved to LT folder in C Drive.

The following logging settings were changed:

20150315 Lidar at JF

Lidar was turned off and brought back to ERP from Jones Forest

Mobile Lab LIDAR

Computer time changed to LST on 3/13/16 and was put back to CST on 3/14/16 at ~11am.

Please keep LIDAR computers in CST with the automatic Daylight Saving change disabled.
