LIDAR moved - Setting changes

LIDAR was moved to LT starting 3/21/16. All data at LT location will be logged and saved to LT folder in C Drive.

The following logging settings were changed:

CLView
Log file: C\LT\Data
File Char: L

Matlab
CLView Log letter: L
DAT Files Directory: C\LT\Data
MH Files Directory: C\LT\MH

Plots Files Directory: C\LT\Plots
